Note: Italian hotels are required by law (Testo Unico delle Leggi di Pubblica Sicurezza) to collect passport information for all guests. We cannot complete your tour without this information.

• Contact Details – Email address, phone number, mailing address.
• Emergency Contact Information – Name and phone number of someone not traveling with you.
• Payment Information – Billing address and partial card details (full card numbers are processed by third-party payment providers; we do NOT store full credit card numbers).
• Communications – Emails, messages, or forms submitted through the Site.
